The Clubhouse reflects the signature Bob Meyer style seen in many of their active‑adult communities, enhanced with custom touches to suit our unique clubhouse and pool layout. Inside its 1,200 square feet, you’ll find a vibrant Gathering Room, a versatile kitchen/craft room, a Billiard and Game Room with a wet bar and fireplace, a quiet library nook, a fitness room with aerobic and weight‑training equipment, and thoughtfully designed restrooms accessible from both inside the clubhouse and the outside pool area. Ample second story storage supports the community’s needs. Step outside and you’re greeted by a large, resort‑style 30’ x 60’ salt water, heated pool including an ADA chairlift and attractive mechanical/storage room. The pool’s expansive decking features generous seating options — from comfortable lounge chairs for sunbathing and umbrellas for shade to tables and chairs perfect for eating, playing cards, or gathering with friends. It’s a beautiful, lively space designed for relaxation and community fun. Adjacent to the pool are bocce court and pickleball courts, providing additional opportunities for recreation, friendly competition, and outdoor enjoyment. Behind the clubhouse and pool is a large, landscaped retention pond which adds to the overall beauty of this community space. With secure access and indoor/outdoor convenience, residents and guests can enjoy everything from social events to poolside afternoons.
