The Clubhouse is a design the Bob Meyer has used at several of their active adult communities with some aspects custom depending on the footprint in clubhouse-pool space. The Clubhouse at Orchard view Mullica Hill is a 1200 square foot facility with a tasteful entrance and consists of a Gathering Room, kitchen/craft room, Billiard and Game Room with wet bar, small library, gym with aerobic and weight training, bathrooms and ample loft storage. With a secure entrance residents and their guests can feel at home while spending time in the club house or out by the pool. The men’s and women’s rooms are accessible from both inside and outside the clubhouse clubhouse and from poolside.

The pool is 30’ x 60’ salt water heated pool is approached through a covered patio and includes an ADA chairlift and attractive mechanical/storage room and one end of the pool. Around the pool there are amble tables and chairs for the residents and their guest. The pool is surrounded by a raw-iron fence and easily overlooks the other exterior amenities which include a pickleball court and two Bocce courts. Behind the clubhouse and pool is a large retention pond landscaped around which adds to the overall beauty of this community space.
